We are now offering quality audio interstage transformers for use in early battery operated radios from the 1920's. These are small enough to fit in Crosley and Atwater kent transformer housings as well as others. Custom made specifically for this application, it has a turns ratio of approximately 4 to 1. Primary DC resistance is approximately 350 ohms and the secondary in the range of 1400 ohms. These have been tested and compared with original audio transformers from early battery operated radios including Atwater kent, Crosley, Freshman and others. As of October 31, 2006, We have added a version with a center tapped secondary winding, identical in size to the standard version.
