Up for sale is a completely restored Stromberg Carlson model 5A floor standing cone speaker.  This unit was expertly restored by Buford Chidester (author of "Classic Cones").    The speaker plays very well and would make a nice matching piece for any early radio requiring a high resistance type speaker.  The cone speaker measures 22" in diameter and with the pedestal stands about 35" high.   We have the ability to safely ship this item anywhere in the USA.    I have used Greyhound bus service for large items such as this fine speaker.  Local pickup is also available.  I can deliver to many of the upcoming radio swapmeets.    Contact us for details.
