1931 Philco Model 90 being offered.  It retains the original factory finish and grill cloth which is in very nice condition.  This is the early version of the Philco 90 that used a pair of number 45 output tubes.  Additionally, this one has the original metal escutcheon.  The plastic escutcheon is much more common.     A highly desirable depression era cathedral radio with a nine tube superhetrodyne chassis.   Floor model power in a table top radio.   At this point, I am offering the radio in "as found" condition.  I have not made any electrical repairs or cabinet work.  I just wiped off the dust and took some pictures.  However, I can do a complete electrical restoration for an additional charge.  For the buyer that wants to do the restoration himself, I am willing to evaluate the condition of the critical electrical items such as the power transformer, speaker and field winding, and any other factor that would limit the full electrical condition of this radio.  Anyone interested in having me perform a complete electrical restoration, please refer to my repair link to see a list of what will be done to bring this fine radio back to excellent working condition.     I have the ability to safely ship this radio anywhere in the continental USA.  Over the past few years, I have found that shipment via Greyhound is the safest way to ship fragile antiques.  Go to our packing link to see just how we professionally package and ship radios.   Contact me for details.
